Established as an one-man business (from my kitchen) in the northern subarbs, Prairie Catering is now residing officially in the heart of Chicago. Our new facility will continue to serve weddings, anniversaries, and graduation parties as it has in the past. Now, with our growth we will grow to meed the needs of even more functions... we will now begin serving corporate functions as well!

Prairie Catering will continue to uphold its' traditional values and services, as well as providing services that meet the needs of our new family of corporate functions while retaining the quality we are known for.
